Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage that core-utils.dev uses.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local and session storage, keep data in your browser too.
2. What we use
- Strictly necessary / functional: your language preference (core-utils-locale) and theme, and sign-in session cookies (forge_token, solutions_token) that are httpOnly and required to keep you logged in.
- Browser storage (not cookies): settings for Ollama Chat and the DevWrapped AI recap are saved in your browser’s local/session storage and never sent to us.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not build cross-site profiles of you.
4. Consent
The functional and session cookies above are exempt from consent because they are strictly necessary to operate the site (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). As we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, no consent banner is shown; if that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the necessary cookies may affect how the site works (for example, staying signed in).
